Repair terracing in front
Replace exterior light fixtures
Paint exterior trim white
Reseed ~~both front and~~ back lawn

New fence, left front
New fence, right side
~~Build deck off dining area~~
Clad front steps
Fix patchy drywall throughout
Repaint all ceilings
Repaint all rooms (after drywall fixes)
Repaint existing windows
Replace slider to deck
Replace interior light fixtures
Lay laminate floors
Tile bathrooms and kitchen
Replace vanities, sinks and hardware in both bathrooms
Upgrade to jetted tub in master
Tile bath tub surround
Replace/repair all bug screens on windows/doors
New kitchen countertops
Stain all kitchen cabinets
Replace cabinet hardware
~~Hang blinds and curtain rods on all windows~~
Hang blind over dryer
Add under mount lighting to kitchen cabinets
~~Add built in desks in garage~~
Add stones to terracing on right side of driveway.
Repair plumbing leaks under house.
