- Tile bath tub surround
- Replace/repair all bug screens on windows/doors
- New kitchen countertops
- Stain all kitchen cabinets
- Replace cabinet hardware
Hang blinds and curtain rods on all windows- Hang blind over dryer
- Add under mount lighting to kitchen cabinets
Add built in desks in garage- Add stones to terracing on right side of driveway.
- Repair plumbing leaks under house.
Correct foundation- New Vinyl siding on Chimney
- New Roof?
- Replace incorrect size duct-work for a/c
